Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of rexbusinessgrowth.in and the purchase of a Private Strategy Session from Rex Business Growth (“Rex”, “we”), Pune, Maharashtra, India.

The service

A Private Strategy Session is a paid, one-to-one advisory conversation of approximately 30–45 minutes, conducted by a founder over Google Meet at the date and time you select while booking. It includes a diagnosis of your builder business, a growth roadmap and a first action plan. It is professional advice, not a guarantee of business outcomes; results depend on your market and your execution.

Booking and payment

The session fee is shown at checkout and collected in advance through Razorpay. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment, at which point you receive a confirmation with a Google Calendar invite and Meet link on the email address and WhatsApp number you verified.

Cancellation and refunds

See our Refund Policy. In short: the fee is non-refundable once paid and a confirmed booking cannot be rescheduled; if you miss your slot the fee is forfeited. If a founder fails to join or we cancel, you receive a full refund.

Conduct and confidentiality

Whatever you share about your business in a session stays confidential on our side, and we expect the same courtesy about the advice we give. Recordings are not made by either side without written consent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
