Refund Policy

The session fee reserves a founder’s time and takes that slot off the calendar for everyone else. Please read this policy before you pay.

The fee is non-refundable

Once your payment is complete, the fee is non-refundable. The only exception is a session missed by us, covered below.

Bookings cannot be rescheduled

A confirmed booking cannot be moved to another date or time. Please choose your slot carefully before paying.

If you miss the session

If you do not join your slot, the fee is forfeited. The session is not refunded and not rescheduled. The slot was held personally for you and could not be offered to anyone else.

If we miss the session

If a founder fails to join, or we cancel your session for any reason, you receive a full refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days via Razorpay.

Payment failures

If money was debited but your booking never confirmed, that is a failed transaction rather than a completed booking. It auto-reverses by your bank, usually within 5–7 working days. If it does not, send us the payment reference and we will chase it with Razorpay.
